Of the 2,522 people living in York Harbor in 2019, 52.7 percent (1,328) were women and 47.3 percent (1,194) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Maine News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 637-to-568. In the 65 and over age range, there were 561 females and 386 males.
