The annual Community Yard Sale will be held on Saturday May 14 at the Waterhouse Center from 8am-12pm.
To rent a 10' x 10' space, fill out the Community Yard Sale form by May 7. The fee is $10.00.

RULES OF THE COMMUNITY YARD SALE
- Each space is 10’x10’ and the fee is $10.00 per space.
- The fee must be submitted with the application.
- One household may rent multiple spaces.
- Spaces will be assigned.
- Sale begins at 8:00 AM.
- Set up will begin at 7:00 AM, absolutely no earlier. We must be respectful of the guests at the Kennebunk Inn.
- Renters must provide tables, chairs, and any other display items.
- No electrical outlets will be provided.
- Renters must vacate rented space by 1:00 PM and the space must be left as it was found. All unsold items must be removed from the premises. Trash receptacles will not be available for unsold items.
- No food items can be sold on premises.
- Application deadline is May 7, 2022 by 4:30 PM. If we sell out before this date, your payment will be returned to you.
- The Town will advertise this event using several venues.
