This past weekend members from the Wells Fire and Police departments participated in the fifth annual Heroes Cup Hockey tournament held in Marlborough, MA.
The Hero’s Cup is a foundation dedicated to serving the health and wellness needs of those who serve our communities: the first responders. The Hero’s Cup works to raise awareness and funds for firefighters, police, military and EMS workers and the charities they support. The Hero’s Cup was created to offer some protection and support to them and their families. The Hero’s Cup is also dedicated to supporting key areas that impact first responders, including cancer detection and prevention, mental health, and line of duty death support.
