Join us in welcoming Erica to the KVCC team! Erica was born and raised in Central Maine and earned a B.A. in English from the University of Maine, a M.Ed. from Harvard University, and a M.B.A. from Boston College. She also earned a Career Development Facilitator (CDF) certification. Erica brings broad experience and a wide range of skills to the Advising Center in her new position as Student Success Advisor. In addition to an extensive career in higher education, Erica has also worked in the corporate and non-profit sectors, including technology start-ups, marketing and public relations, fundraising, and human resources. Erica is excited to be returning to the KVCC community, where she worked previously as an administrator and an adjunct instructor. Erica believes in personalized advising and partnering with students to develop and meet their educational, personal, and career goals. Erica also believes in empowering students through access to resources and information and collaborating with colleagues across campus to ensure student success. Welcome back to KVCC!
