Colby College Mules Stay Hot by Sweeping Elms

The Colby College Volleyball gains their third sweep in a row after defeating Elms College in three straight sets (25-21, 25-22, 25-12). This places the Mules at 11-4 on the season.

Although Colby got off to a slow start in the first set, they rallied back by taking the first, giving them a boost to finish out the next two sets. Hannah Wyllie was on fire leading the Mules in kills with 11 on only 16 total attempts. Wyllie also gathered five blocks on the night. LJ Grant contributed eight kills as Susie Mueller and Sydney Sick tallied 14 assists a piece.

Colby will look to carry this momentum into the weekend with two key NESCAC matchups coming up as both teams sit just below the Mules in the rankings. First, they will square up against Middlebury Friday night in Vermont and then wake up the next day to face Hamilton College in New York.
