University of New England senior defender Kate Lindmark and first-year defender Shelly Tremblay have been tabbed to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III Region I 1st Team, as it was announced on Tuesday (Nov. 22).
Landing 2nd Team status for the Nor'easters was sophomore forward Madi Robito and first-year forward Grace Bazin.
For Lindmark, it's the second all-region honor in as many years, after a second team pick in 2021. Tremblay becomes just the second rookie in program history to garner regional first team recognition from the NFHCA, following defender Kersey Boulay back in 2015.
